The palette contains 11 shades that allow you to create both semitransparent, fluff hairs and bright, saturated lines.

Instructions for use

Degrease the surface of the eyebrow for stronger liner fixation. Lightly apply lines along the natural growth of the hairs, from the inside to the outside of the eyebrows, and carefully color the tips. To make the effect last for several days, apply a thin layer of transparent Art Brow Sp Brows semi-permanent liquid before using the liquid pen.
