Return

The goods ordered on this website can be returned within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase, if they are unused and kept in their original condition and packaging.

To request a return, you need:

1. Contact us by email or phone listed on the Contacts page before sending the goods. Provide your order number, the items you want to return and the reason for return.
2. Wait for our confirmation and return shipping details.
3. Collect a parcel consisting of:
   • Goods
   • Receipt or order confirmation *
4. Send the parcel using the same international carrier that delivered your order: DHL or FedEx. If the same carrier is not available in your country, agree the return method with us before shipping.
5. Keep the tracking number until the return is received at the warehouse.
6. After the goods are received and checked, the refund will be transferred within 10 days to the same payment method that was used for the purchase.

International return delivery

DHL or FedEx

International returns are sent by DHL or FedEx, matching the carrier used for the original delivery whenever possible. The exact return address and shipping details are confirmed after your return request is approved.

Please use only the approved DHL or FedEx return method. Return shipping terms are confirmed individually before the parcel is sent.

Customs duties and taxes

Customs duties, import taxes and fees charged in the destination country are paid by the customer independently, in accordance with the customs regulations of their country.

Refused orders

If the customer refuses to accept or collect the order, we reserve the right not to refund the shipping costs of delivering the order to the customer and returning it back to us.
