All International orders are handled directly by our customer service and dispatched immediately after payment receipt (by PayPal or via bank account). The delivery terms are equal and are valid for all destination countries. The cost of delivery varies from the region and the delivery service. The delivery period depends on the delivery service provider, the approximate delivery time is specified below. The delivery service is not responsible for any mistakes in the address indicated by the customer. In case of unclear delivery address, our employee will contact the customer to avoid mistakes and specify the address.

When paying with PayPal the payment is automatically withdrawn from customer account and arrives to our account immediately. When the amount received suits the initial order, the order is dispatched within 24hours. In the event the payment is hold by PayPal – the dispatch is delayed until the issue with PayPal is solved and payment hits our account.
When paying with bank transfer, the moment the payment hits our bank account is to be considered as payment receipt and the order is dispatched within 24hours.
When your credit card is authorized, funds are put on hold until the transaction is completed. When the payment hits our account, the payment is processed and the order is shipped within 24hours.
If you have placed an order online you can view information on your order within the My Account section of the site. If you do not see your order displayed in this section then it was not placed and you must return to your Shopping Basket and complete the Checkout process again.
The CloudPayments processing center protects and processes your bank card data according to the PCI DSS 3.2 security standard. Information is transferred to the payment gateway using SSL encryption technology. Further transfer of information takes place via closed banking networks with the highest level of reliability. The cosmetic products are not subject to return according to legislation of Russian Federation. The retun of the products is not accepted. Upon force-major situation the products exchange is possible. If the products fail to satisfy the original quality by our mistake, the replacement is offered. In this case the proof of damaged products is required. Upon request, the issue is to be solved within certain time. In case of replacement, the replaced products must be returned in new or gently used condition at Sender’s expenses.
Return shipping costs are paid by the Customer and any shipping cost associated with the original order cannot be refunded.

Step 3: Clearly print the return mailing address on your Return Form.
Step 4: Place your merchandise in the original shipping box. If the original packaging is not available, please use a sturdy box or padded envelope to prevent damage in transit. Follow the instructions sent by Customer Service. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.
Returns must be received within 30 days from the date of purchase.

When ordering from Lash and Brow International Store, you are responsible for assuring the products can be lawfully imported into destination country.
The providers of delivery service is responsible for delivery, including customs formalities of departure and destination country. In some cases customs require additional information from the Receiver, in this case the Receiver is responsible for delivery of required information. In such cases the provider of delivery service shall contact the Receiver for the necessary documents. Lash and Brow International Store does it is best to help the Receiver to obtain the parcel. The necessary documents are subject to responsibility of the Receiver.
