Retail orders are dispatched from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Delivery destinations and available carriers depend on the options available for your order.
The applicable shipping charge is shown before you place the order. Customs duties, VAT, GST or other import charges may be payable separately unless checkout expressly states that they are included.
Order processing and carrier transit are separate stages. Processing and delivery times depend on the order, destination, carrier and operational conditions. Any stated timeframe is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.
Card and supported online payments are processed through Telr. Follow the payment instructions at checkout. Payment-provider terms and security procedures may also apply.
Before returning a product, contact us with your order number and the reason for your request. We will provide return instructions where a physical return is required. Do not send products to a corporate or licence address unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
