GOLDEN RATIO TRADING L.L.C determines the purposes of the processing described in this Policy and is the controller for lashandbrow.com. Golden Ratio may use hosting, database, CRM, communications, payment, security and other technical service providers to operate the store and administer orders. Personal data may be disclosed or made accessible to such providers only as necessary for their respective functions and subject to applicable data-protection requirements.

Identity and contact details, including name, email, telephone number, billing/delivery details and business details where supplied.

Payment-related information needed to process and reconcile payment. Card payment is processed through Telr; we do not state that Golden Ratio receives or stores full payment-card details where those details are handled directly by the payment provider.

Distributor and other B2B enquiry information.
Cart and checkout information, including information relating to an incomplete or abandoned cart.
Course purchase, access and service-administration information while courses are sold through the website.

To take steps at your request before a contract and to process, fulfil and administer orders and course purchases.

Data may be processed in the United Arab Emirates and other countries where relevant service providers, payment providers, delivery partners or technical systems operate. The store currently uses or may use necessary website and checkout technologies and, subject to consent requirements, Google Analytics 4 (G-HPRTRBHWHS), Meta Pixel (2592250691153817), Yandex Metrica (44736352, including Webvisor/ecommerce features where enabled), Cloudflare Turnstile, CRM and communications systems, and Telr checkout technologies. 7. Marketing and abandoned carts
Marketing consent is separate from placing an order, creating an account or contacting support. The fact that an email address is entered during checkout does not by itself authorise unrelated promotional marketing. Service messages necessary to administer an order or requested service are distinct from marketing. Any abandoned-cart communication must have an appropriate legal basis under the law applicable to the recipient.
8. Retention
We retain data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose and applicable legal obligations. Different periods may apply to orders, accounting records, customer support, disputes, accounts, marketing consent and security records. We do not state a single retention period where no verified period applies to all data.
