These Terms & Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) apply to purchases completed through lashandbrow.com (the Website). Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order.

1. Seller and Scope
The seller is GOLDEN RATIO TRADING L.L.C. (“Golden Ratio”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms apply to physical products and, where offered through the Website, courses and other digital or educational services sold by Golden Ratio. These Terms may apply to both consumer and business orders. A “Consumer” means an individual who is treated as a consumer under the mandatory law applicable to the transaction. A business purchaser may also qualify for particular statutory protections where the applicable law provides for such protections.
2. Product and Service Information
We aim to provide accurate descriptions of our products and services. Images may differ slightly from the actual appearance of products due to display settings, manufacturing variations or packaging updates. Use of products remains subject to the instructions, warnings and other information supplied with the relevant product. Before purchasing, course descriptions will provide the main content, access conditions and other material features applicable to the relevant course or educational service.
3. Prices, Currency and Additional Charges
The price displayed at checkout is the price payable to Golden Ratio for the selected goods or services, together with any delivery charge expressly shown before payment. Unless the checkout expressly states otherwise, import duties, customs charges, VAT, GST or similar charges imposed by the destination country may be assessed separately and may be payable by the recipient. Nothing in this section transfers a charge to the buyer where mandatory law requires the seller to bear the charge or disclose it differently.
4. Placing an Order and Contract Formation
Before submitting an order, you will be provided with the essential order information and the total amount payable, to the extent required by applicable law. The final order action will clearly indicate that placing the order creates an obligation to pay. After an order is submitted, we will send an order confirmation by email. An order is accepted only when Golden Ratio confirms acceptance, unless applicable law provides otherwise. Acceptance may be subject to successful payment authorisation, product availability, fraud or security checks and other lawful grounds. If an order cannot be accepted after payment has been received, the amount due for the cancelled order will be refunded.
5. Payment
Card and supported online payments are processed through Telr. Payment-provider terms, security procedures and privacy practicies may also apply. Golden Ratio receives transaction information necessary to administer and fulfill the order. Where payment credentials are processed by Telr, Golden Ratio does not represent that it stores full payment-card credentials.
6. Delivery
Retail orders are dispatched from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Delivery availability depends on the destination and the carriers available for that destination. Shipping charges and available delivery options should be presented before payment. Detailed rules are set out in the Shipping Policy, which forms part of the information provided for the transaction.
7. Customs and Import Formalities
International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures and charges imposed by the destination country. The customer is responsible for providing accurate information required for delivery and customs processing. Customs clearance or other import procedures may cause delays beyond the normal estimated transit time.
8. Returns, Withdrawal and Statutory Remedies
Returns and refunds are governed by the Returns & Refund Policy and mandatory applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or limited. For consumers in the European Union, applicable statutory withdrawal rights and statutory remedies relating to conformity of goods or services are preserved. For consumers in Australia, rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law are preserved where that law applies, including where a qualifying business purchaser is treated as a consumer under that law.
9. Courses and Digital or Educational Services
Courses and other digital educational services currently offered through lashandbrow.com are sold by Golden Ratio. The relevant course or service page and checkout will provide the main service or content, price, access conditions and any material technical, duration or other relevant information before purchase. Where a consumer has a statutory withdrawal or cancellation right, that right is not excluded solely because payment has been made. Where applicable law permits a statutory withdrawal right for digital content or digital services to end once performance has begun, this will occur only where the legally required conditions, information, express request or consent and acknowledgements have been satisfied. Any service-specific statutory rights and remedies remain unaffected.
10. Promotions
Promotions, discount codes and special offers may be subject to additional terms disclosed with the relevant promotion. Where promotional terms conflict with mandatory law, mandatory law will prevail.
11. Business Orders
A business order is not defined solely by its value. Where a purchaser buys products or services in the course of business, professional activity or for resale, different contractual or statutory rules may apply. Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any protection that mandatory law grants to a business purchaser.
12. Intellectual Property
Website content, trademarks, logos, product images, course materials and other protected materials are owned by or licensed to Golden Ratio or the relevant rights holder. Except with permission or where permitted by applicable law, such materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, resold, modified or commercially exploited.
13. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, death or personal injury where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, mandatory consumer guarantees, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to these mandatory rules, our liability may be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
14. Events Outside Reasonable Control
We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, to the extent permitted by applicable law. This does not exclude or limit any mandatory obligations relating to refunds, delivery, statutory or consumer rights.
15. Governing Law and Mandatory Rights
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. This choice does not deprive a Consumer of mandatory protections that apply to the transaction and cannot lawfully be excluded by agreement, including applicable consumer protections in the European Union or Australia.

17. Changes and Severability
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any updated version will apply to future transactions and will not affect an order already placed, except where otherwise required or permitted by applicable law. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
