1. Controller
GOLDEN RATIO TRADING L.L.C determines the purposes of the processing described in this Policy and is the controller for lashandbrow.com. Golden Ratio may use hosting, database, CRM, communications, payment, security and other technical service providers to operate the store and administer orders. Personal data may be disclosed or made accessible to such providers only as necessary for their respective functions and subject to applicable data-protection requirements.
2. Data we collect
- Identity and contact details, including name, email, telephone number, billing/delivery details and business details where supplied.
- Account and authentication information.
- Order information, products/services purchased, order value, delivery status and transaction-related information.
- Payment-related information needed to process and reconcile payment. Card payment is processed through Telr; we do not state that Golden Ratio receives or stores full payment-card details where those details are handled directly by the payment provider.
- Customer-service, Feedback, chat, return/refund and complaint information.
- Preorder and availability-notification information.
- Distributor and other B2B enquiry information.
- Cart and checkout information, including information relating to an incomplete or abandoned cart.
- Course purchase, access and service-administration information while courses are sold through the website.
- Marketing preferences and subscription status.
- Technical, security and usage information, including IP/device/browser information and cookie/similar-technology data.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- To create and administer accounts.
- To take steps at your request before a contract and to process, fulfil and administer orders and course purchases.
- To process payments and reconcile transactions.
- To arrange delivery, handle customs-related administration where relevant, returns, refunds, complaints and customer support.
- To respond to Feedback, distributor, preorder and other enquiries.
- To maintain security, prevent abuse/fraud and troubleshoot services.
- To comply with legal, tax, accounting and regulatory obligations and handle legal claims.
- To send marketing communications where permitted and, where required, with consent.
- To conduct analytics and advertising measurement subject to applicable cookie/consent rules.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we process personal data on the basis of taking steps at the data subject's request before entering into a contract, performing a contract, complying with legal obligations, pursuing legitimate interests, or obtaining consent.
4. Recipients
Data may be disclosed or made accessible where necessary to payment provider Telr, delivery carriers and logistics providers, website/hosting/security providers, CRM and communications systems, email/marketing systems where applicable, advertising measurement (Meta Platforms), professional advisers, authorities where legally required and other providers necessary to operate the store. Such providers receive data only as necessary for their respective functions and are subject to applicable contractual and data-protection requirements.
5. International processing and transfers
Data may be processed in the United Arab Emirates and other countries where relevant service providers, payment providers, delivery partners or technical systems operate. Where applicable data-protection law requires safeguards or a specific mechanism for an international transfer, Golden Ratio will use the safeguards or mechanism appropriate to the relevant data flow.
6. Cookies and analytics
The store currently uses or may use necessary website and checkout technologies and, subject to consent requirements, Google Analytics 4 (G-HPRTRBHWHS) and Meta Pixel (2592250691153817), where enabled and subject to applicable consent requirements, Cloudflare Turnstile, CRM and communications systems, and Telr checkout technologies. With your consent, Meta Conversions API may also be used to send advertising events from our server to Meta Platforms, as described in the Cookie Policy.
7. Marketing and abandoned carts
Marketing consent is separate from placing an order, creating an account or contacting support. The fact that an email address is entered during checkout does not by itself authorise unrelated promotional marketing. Service messages necessary to administer an order or requested service are distinct from marketing. Any abandoned-cart communication must have an appropriate legal basis under the law applicable to the recipient.
8. Retention
We retain data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose and applicable legal obligations. Different periods may apply to orders, accounting records, customer support, disputes, accounts, marketing consent and security records. We do not state a single retention period where no verified period applies to all data.
9. Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection authority. These rights are subject to legal conditions and exceptions.

Google Analytics 4 and consent
Before you make a choice, Google Analytics 4 runs in Google Consent Mode. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Turkey, Brazil, China, Malaysia, the United Arab Emirates, Quebec (Canada) and Maryland (USA) analytics cookies are disabled, but Google may receive cookieless measurement signals, such as page views and technical browser information. In other regions analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) may be set. The region is determined by Google. Advertising features remain off in all regions until you choose “Accept all”.
If you choose “Only necessary”, Google Analytics 4 is not loaded at all, including cookieless signals, and advertising remains off. If you choose “Accept all”, we use Google Analytics 4 with cookies, Meta Pixel and the other optional technologies described in this Policy.
