1. General Information

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through BrowXenna® online store. We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

2. Shipping Providers

We use trusted international logistics partners: DHL, UPS, FedEx, Aramex, Emirates Post, DPD, Royal Mail, USPS. Carrier availability may vary depending on destination.

3. Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and UAE public holidays). During sales or new product launches, processing may take up to 5 business days.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Middle East: 1–4 business days
  • Europe: 3–7 business days
  • USA & Canada: 4–10 business days
  • Australia & Asia: 5–12 business days
  • Remote areas: up to 15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary by country, customs, and carrier delays.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected delivery method. Free shipping promotions may apply for certain countries.

6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

All international shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and clearance fees in the destination country. These charges are not included in product or shipping prices. The recipient is fully responsible for paying all customs and import charges. If the recipient refuses to pay customs charges and the parcel is returned or destroyed by customs, we cannot refund the original shipping fee and may deduct additional carrier fees from the refund.

7. Shipping Restrictions

Some products may not be shipped to certain countries due to local cosmetic regulations. The Customer are fully responsible for checking out local regulations. If your order returned due to customs, shipping fees are non-refundable, and additional return fees may be deducted.

8. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS. Tracking updates depend on the carrier and local postal service.

9. Incorrect or Incomplete Address or contact details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If the address or contact details are incorrect, carrier redelivery/correction fees may apply. BrowXenna® is not responsible for delays or loss caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses or contact details. If the parcel is returned due to incorrect address or contact details, only the product cost will be refunded; the shipping fee is non-refundable.

10. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier. We will assist in filing an investigation request. Refunds or replacements follow the carrier’s investigation results.

11. Undeliverable or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is refused, not collected, or returned due to customs, shipping fees are non-refundable, and additional return fees may be deducted.

12. Split Shipments

Orders with multiple items may be shipped in separate parcels depending on availability or shipping restrictions.

13. Change or Cancellation of Order

Changes to shipping address or order details can only be made before order fulfillment. Once the parcel is handed to the carrier, changes or cancellations are not possible.
