Return

The goods ordered on lash-and-brow.ru and not approached for any reasons, maybe Returned within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase.

To apply for a refund, you need:

1. Go to the section «my orders» on the site.
2. Select the order and the goods from the order that you want to return.
3. Fill out the application for refund on this form.
4. Print and be sure to sign the application.
5. Collect a parcel consisting of:
   • Goods
   • A signed return
   • Check *
6. Send the package in the way convenient for you (the possible ways are indicated below).
7. Wait for a sms notification of receipt of a return to the warehouse
8. The funds will be transferred within 10 days from the date of receipt of the goods to the warehouse.
